Refund and Return Policy
1. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
2. Condition Requirements

In original packaging
Installed products are not eligible for return.
3. Fitment Errors
Orders placed with incorrect vehicle fitment are not eligible for return.
Buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
4. Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
5. Return Authorization
Returns must be authorized before shipment.
Depending on the brand, returns may be processed directly through the manufacturer.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless:

Incorrect item was sent
7. Custom & Special Orders
Custom or made-to-order exhaust systems are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be eligible for return.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
