The 981 Cayman and Boxster platform is a dream-perfectly balanced razor-sharp in handling and endlessly rewarding. But from the factory the sound falls short of the experience. That’s where Valvetronic Designs steps in. Our cat-back exhaust system transforms the 981’s exhaust note into a motorsport-inspired symphony.

Measuring 2.5 inches from the headers back this setup drastically elevates tone character and raw emotion. With the valves open exhaust gases flow straight through to our large X-pipe and exit via 3.5-inch tips delivering the raw high-pitched sound the 981 chassis deserves.

Close the valves and the system calms down offering a refined and neighbor-friendly tone. With precision engineering lightweight titanium construction and our proven valve control technology this system unlocks the true voice of the 981.
